As we all know holidays is synonymous to parties, reunions and feasts. It means pigging out and drinking to your heart’s content. The tendency of people is to skip meals the next day thinking that they want to save calories from eating too much the night before. According to studies, those who skip meals particularly breakfast have 450% chance of becoming overweight or obese. Ideally breakfast should consists of carbohydrates and right amount of protein which can provide energy for the day. As the old adage say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
